Business can be tough in this economy. But figuring it out when it’s tough, will only benefit you in the long run. Doing business in tough times has opened doors for me that I wouldn’t have seen if times were good. If things were easy then, I would have never started Maven Success or Maven Cost Seg. I would have just been focused on self storage. But now I have diversified my business portfolio and built a skillset in many areas outside of self storage investing. Now, once the economy turns around, I have multiple businesses that can grow together as opposed to just one. Use the recession to your advantage. The skills you develop in tough times will benefit you exponentially in good times.
