If you're eating enough during the day and you're STILL craving sweet, salty, fatty snacks at night, here are a few alternatives: 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 👉 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵 on sprouted grain bread The turkey is a better choice because it has less fat and calories, PLUS it contains tryptophan, an amino acid that helps you feel tired.
