WILDE CHIPS has become one of the fastest-growing chip brands in the US! Here’s their origin story: Jason Wright grew up in a small Carolina town, raised by a single mother and grandmother: “Ma” They both taught him how to dream big But they also introduced him to “comfort food” In 2017, Jason was hit with a ton of challenges and felt overwhelmed. Naturally, he returned to what comforted him: potato chips. This time, something felt different. The chips weren't as “comforting” as they used to be... Reading the ingredients made things worse. At that moment, Jason thought: “Could I replace the potato with chicken breast?” Building on that thought he asked himself: "Could I show the world comfort food doesn't mean junk food?" This mission sparked an intense drive to turn his idea into reality. But each time he tried, he couldn’t get the formula to work. -poor taste  -bad texture -weird aesthetics The obstacles were non-stop, adding more stress and pressure. Finally an R&D breakthrough happened! In that moment, both his childhood staples of “dreaming big” and “comfort food” collided.. Wilde Chips was born!
