🎉Today marks my 15th day in New York City, and I've come to realize just how incredibly busy this city is. The streets are always bustling with people, and there's a constant hum of activity that never seems to pause. The corporate offices here are particularly intense; they're filled with professionals who are perpetually on the move, juggling numerous meetings, projects, and deadlines. The pace is relentless, with a palpable sense of urgency that permeates the business districts. It's clear that this city thrives on a high-octane environment where efficiency and productivity are paramount. Navigating this fast-paced corporate world can be both exhilarating and exhausting. The competition is fierce, and the expectations are sky-high, but this also means there are countless opportunities for growth and advancement. Every day presents a new challenge and a chance to learn something new. The diversity of the workforce is another striking aspect; people from all over the world bring their unique perspectives and skills, creating a dynamic and innovative atmosphere. However, it's crucial to find balance amidst the chaos. Taking breaks in quieter parts of the city, like Central Park or small community gardens, can provide much-needed respite. Networking is vital here, as connections can often lead to new opportunities and collaborations. The city also offers an abundance of cultural and recreational activities that can help decompress after a long day at the office. From world-class museums and theaters to diverse culinary experiences and vibrant nightlife, there's always something to explore and enjoy. In conclusion, New York City's busy nature and bustling corporate scene can be overwhelming, but with the right approach and mindset, it also offers unparalleled opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Employee Spotlight: Chris Theard If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be? “I would consider myself ambitious, very curious, and loyal.” What’s something interesting or surprising about you that most people do not know? “I am an absolute animal lover.” What’s your role at the company, and what does a typical day look like for you? “My role at the company involves going after new business, regaining old business, and quoting projects whether that is new business or attempting to win back business we may have lost in the past. I am after the BOOM’s!!!” What do you enjoy most about working here? “The first thing is I love the family atmosphere and the unity of the entire building from the warehouse to the front office. 1 other thing I will mention is I appreciate being able to be open and honest with our bosses, which creates a very trusting relationship from within. There are many things I could go on and on about it, but I will cut it short there :)” What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work? “My absolute favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with my kids. Today I am reminded of how much impact our surroundings can have on our success. The culture, support structures, and just the general atmosphere in which one operates has such a strong fundamental impact on ones motivation, productivity, and overall well-being. One would expect this to be an obvious sentiment across workspaces but it's almost insane or even laughable that in today's world it's actually not. I have such an awesome sense of gratitude for the incredible environment in which I have found myself at Street Network , from our clients, internal and external to the awesome sales team, for me its heart warming to find pockets daily that fosters growth, encourages creativity, and celebrates resilience. The last few weeks have felt like such a roller-coaster but in reflection i am so grateful because as a team we have overcome challenges with determination, and we are starting to see a meaningful impact within the team and I dare even say the Provantage group at large. As we continue to navigate the ever-changing landscape we find ourselves in, I am hopeful that we will remember the power that has fueled us to this point which is the fact that being intentional about creating a conducive environment will without a doubt shape our success. Considering we are now in the age of remote and cities have been on life support for a long time, Now feels the time to reinvent them for the better. Very interesting perspective and shines a light on why don’t we have more drop in and out places to work across cities that can help address some of the drawbacks with remote work and being people together. Of course you have the shared offices spaces that you can pre book but there should be much more open working spaces that aim to bring people together and reimagine cities

It was funny because yesterday my incredible wife Kelsey sent me a text it really made me pause… #ProudHusbandMoment Not because she was writing to tell me how impressed and proud she is of what we’ve accomplished, what I’ve built. Thanks Kelsey, I love you. ❤️ But here’s the truth... It made me self-reflect because I couldn’t have done anything on my own, so I really don’t deserve the recognition. .. It’s not just me. It’s ‘we’. Not only has Kelsey allowed me to thrive as my life teammate, but WE HAVE built this together. 💪🏻 The CityLife community. All of us. It’s WILD to think that in the last five years, all of us have collectively built CityLife Residential into what it is today – the third fastest-growing company in Pittsburgh over the last three years. A chip and a chair. To over $100M in portfolio value in 5 Years. A business of 50 people waking up daily to attack goals! 📈 The thing is, the portfolio is what it is.
