It’s great to see Will Guidara's philosophy of unreasonable hospitality breaking out of its traditional confines. “The Future of Work is Brand-Led Hospitality” shares stories of companies reinvigorating demand for coworking spaces with a hospitality-first mindset. Collaboration, not control: Growth and Branding Edition At Creatio, one of the key strategies I’ve focused on is fostering closer collaboration between departments. 🔧 It’s easy to forget that other teams are working on initiatives that, with a few adjustments, could benefit the entire organization. A great example of this was working closely with our branding team to align their efforts with our lead generation strategy during our No-Code Days in the North American region. This collaboration didn’t just significantly increase the number of leads; it also provided us with valuable insights into audience quality and onsite event experience. 🔑 Key takeaway: Don’t silo your teams. Collaboration across departments is essential for driving business growth and enhancing the customer experience.
