In the United States, a remarkable 17% of Black women are actively engaged in either initiating or managing new businesses. This stands in contrast to the figure of 10% for white women and 15% for white men. However, despite this initial advantage, the progression to mature business ownership is less pronounced, with only a mere 3% of Black women successfully operating mature businesses. #WomenInBusiness #MinorityBusiness
