But what about these: 🟣 Entrepreneur 🟣 Customer service manager 🟣 Customer relationship manager 🟣 Marketer 🟣 Reception worker 🟣 Chief Revenue Officer 🟣 Quality Manager 🟣 Delivery driver 🟣 Technical support In short, any role where you deal with customers in some way is a sales job. In my early career, I was in logistics sales. I was always trying to stay a step ahead and think what I was going to say next. After all, I had an agenda to close the sale. I soon learned that in order to make that sale, I had to first listen for understanding. It was working as a sales manager in a Temp Agency when it really resided with me to solve the customer’s problem. Once you identified the “pain” of the customer by listening and asking questions, you were able to offer solutions with your product or service. This can be applied in everyday communication, personal and professional. #patience #listening #understanding #solutionsbased
