The NYU Furman Center's Local Housing Solutions just released a new case study on how Davis, CA developed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to address increasing student demand for rental housing. The MOU included commitments to increase the supply of university-sponsored housing, make new transit investments, and ensure the university contributed to the city’s public resources.
