This collaboration, which helps teachers understand, plan, and effectively use tasks and reflect on their facilitation, necessitates that the creation of common planning time is an intentional first priority in building a strategic master schedule. One way to strengthen math instruction: "giving teachers a voice in their professional development." That's what we're all about at Rekindle Education. Our teachers need the autonomy and flexibility to schedule coaching time that meets their individual K-9 math needs. And it's working. 98% of our teachers who were surveyed agreed that they could take what they learned in math coaching and apply that learning in their classroom. Teachers are professionals. Giving teachers a say in their continued learning is a must. #mathteachersdeservemore
