This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to study towards the ACCA or ACA qualification whilst working within an established audit department, providing assistance and support. Reporting to the Audit Managers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle several clients as an engagement team member. Develop an understanding of a client’s business and industry. Collating, checking and analysing data. Examining company accounts and financial control systems. Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable. Document testing on audit file. Audit and assurance reviews of various sizes and in numerous sectors. Liaise with the engagement team to prepare audit findings, and recommendations. Administration tasks. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE At least 2:2 degree or above (achieved or predicted) in any discipline. Minimum 2 X A Levels (A-C) and one other A Level, or equivalent. 5 GCSEs grade A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent. Attention to detail. Excellent communication. Able to work on their own initiative. Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Commitment to succeed in their examinations. Microsoft Office experience. Team player. A desire to progress their career.
