When done right, strategic partnerships are great for healthcare providers. In some facilities I have worked with, a successful partnership meant staying open and remaining a provider in their community. I am glad we are having the discussion about strategic partnerships in Long-Term Care. We need to consider not doing it alone. Great post McKnight's Long-Term Care News
