Are you struggling to find your dream job on LinkedIn? You're not alone. Despite being a popular platform for job seekers, the actual hiring through LinkedIn is very low. It seems that LinkedIn isn't living up to its reputation of helping job seekers find their next career move. As a job seeker, it can be frustrating to spend time on a platform that doesn't yield the desired results. However, it's important to remember that LinkedIn can still be a valuable tool for networking and building professional connections. If you're feeling discouraged by your job search on LinkedIn, don't give up just yet. Keep building your profile, connecting with others, and engaging in industry-related conversations. Who knows, your next job opportunity may come from a connection you made on LinkedIn. Let's hope that LinkedIn takes steps to improve its hiring process and help job seekers in the future. In the meantime, keep pushing forward and don't let the lack of hiring through LinkedIn discourage you from pursuing your career goals. #jobseekers #linkedinhiring #jobchange #linkedinhiring #linkedinexpert

Make it as easy as possible for people to find you here by.... Adding an email to your About section and to your email signature. Don't assume people know how to reach you. Make sure your profile markets how you want to be found for your next job, not what you've done the past 'x' years. Not sure how to do that, search for others with similar profiles to yours, same with similar jobs you're interested in Engage with other people's posts, then connect with them. Attend networking events - Search for them here and ask us where we attend. Above all, trust yourself. One of my favorite mantras is this - You may have lost your job, but not your experience. Looking forward to my chat with Gehan "G" Haridy-Ardanowski in a bit (today at 1 pm - Eastern). https://lnkd.in/dfRFPE-i If you miss the chat, no worries it'll be recorded #jobsearch #jobsearchstrategies #networkingevents #opentowork #hiring 💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭💭 👋 I'm your man, Kenneth Lang! ➡️ As a LinkedIn Introvert, I tell my connections, 'Jump In, the LinkedIn water's fine!
