#globecore_technology If a routine insulation drying failed to bring the water concentration within specifications, water traces are found in the core, or the core has been exposed to air longer than allowed, an evacuation and insulation drying machine is necessary. The UVV plants can be a reliable tool for transformer servicing with the following capabilities: - drying and evacuation of insulation in all transformers within the drying and vacuumizing 100-1150 kV range, which can withstand 26 Pa pressure, by creating vacuum in the transformer tank and generating process temperatures as low as -70°С; - restoration of solid insulation dielectric strength; - improvement of transformer reliability; - modular design built on a single frame: no need for many extra connections during transformer servicing, simplifying and accelerating the process; - quiet pumps which do not require heating in the summer or cooling in winter. #transformer #electricalengineering #power #energy #electricity
