The UVV plants can be a reliable tool for transformer servicing with the following capabilities: - drying and evacuation of insulation in all transformers within the drying and vacuumizing 100-1150 kV range, which can withstand 26 Pa pressure, by creating vacuum in the transformer tank and generating process temperatures as low as -70°С; - restoration of solid insulation dielectric strength; - improvement of transformer reliability; - modular design built on a single frame: no need for many extra connections during transformer servicing, simplifying and accelerating the process; - quiet pumps which do not require heating in the summer or cooling in winter. #transformer #electricalengineering #power #energy #electricity
