🌟🚀 What an exciting start to 2024 with the Staycity Group Commercial Team at Croke Park! 🌟🚀 We kicked off the year with a focus on impact over activity, aiming to elevate ourselves to "Peak performers" akin to the great athletes that grace the grounds of Croke Park. Thanks to the expertise of Enda McNulty's team and the inspiring insights from Karen Weekes as our guest speaker. We delved into strategies for maximizing performance discussing the 5 Pillars to peak performance - Sleep, Rest & Recovery, Nutrition, Exercise, and Mental Health.
