Our research shows that finding the right retail starts with identifying a local anchor for open-air retail subtypes in the U.S., such as power, neighborhood and community centers. 3. In specific global markets, tourism plays a weighted role in attracting consumers. As a result, it’s important to shift locational scouting and preferences for new investments.
