The EVERY Company are transforming the future of protein by creating exceptional animal-free alternatives.
EVERY egg is made using precision fermentation to create real animal protein- equivalent to that found in a hen’s egg - delivering similar taste, nutritional profile, and performance without the production variability, disease risk, and high environmental impact of animal agriculture. It was great to see Arturo Elizondo demonstrating his passion for this space.
Check out how EVERY egg cooks just like the real thing as demonstrated by our very own head chef Henry McGovern!

Yeah, yes, of course. Of course I forgot my hat. So the the question was, is it 100% our protein or is it blended with other proteins? Is that right? And also what? The color, yeah. So and and and. To to clarify, we create the proteins themselves and then we let our consumer, our our customers essentially develop and use applications like the coffee. We're not gonna sell that. It's gonna be through a customer. Ours are the hero ingredient. So the protein content in that is exclusively our protein. And then we added some plant based fats, our torrent some yellow color at the moment of truth here. OK, right. It's a little bit hot ladies first, please. Cuts like an egg. It isn't. It is an egg. Can everybody see that consistency up there? Does that look like an omelet? That's without any tomatoes or cheese or salt or pepper. Excellent egg, since with a French accent it sounds better for everybody when it sounds like it's it's open check symbol. Yeah, it's very good. Say ball, say table. Are you agree with same Trimble? Much better than an egg. Why? Wait a minute, he made an egg with a protein that's better than an egg. How'd you do it? Magic. Amazing.

Dr. Pedro Urriola, Assistant Professor of Animal Science at the University of Minnesota, provides insights into the benefits of animal-sourced foods like meat and dairy in a recent peer-reviewed journal article.
The study emphasizes that animal-sourced foods are rich in essential nutrients, such as iron and zinc, which are crucial for global nutrition. Furthermore, when produced sustainably, animal-sourced foods can contribute to environmental sustainability by restoring biodiversity and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
This research underscores the importance of considering local context and community health needs when making decisions about food consumption. 🌍🥩

It’s National Pork Month, and we’re shining a spotlight on the special relationship between hogs and soybeans. Did you know the No. 1 customer of U.S. Soy is animal agriculture? Not only that, but roughly 16% of all U.S. soybean meal is consumed by hogs. As part of a high-quality diet, it reduces swine stress and enhances animal performance, biology, and gut health. Pork producers know that feeding their hogs soybean meal leads to improved total weight gain and feed use efficiency. It’s a win-win for farmers, producers and hogs.

A new study by Frances Cowley et al, co-authored by FutureFeed's Dr Rob Kinley and Breanna Roque, PhD, evaluated the effects of feeding varying amounts of an Asparagopsis-oil formulation to beef cattle.
The levels of methane (CH4) yield were reduced by 64%, 98% and 99%, with the cows consuming the highest amount of Asparagopsis-oil recording the greatest reduction in methane.
This study rounds out the body of peer-reviewed research showing the safety and efficacy of Asparagopsis for beef feedlots.
