Thrilled to be recognized as DSP Change Agent for Q4.2024! There's 2 things (at least) that I am really proud of from this event : 1. Our commitment to sustain this recognition culture. It's so easy to get carried over by the day to day task and we sometimes forget to recognize people for their work and effort. Personally seeing people's achievement do boost my motivation and I do feel more connected! 2. How I survived all the changes in 2023. The role itself was new and event though I am working on the field that is not exactly new, but since it haven't been the focus for the past years there's a lot of things that is not defined yet. It has its own pros and cons, in a way I could define it the way we "idealy" think it should be, but in the other hand also I should deal with a lot of "no man's land" case. Something that haven't been done before, so no one is working on it or even sometimes no one (not even myself) even knows exactly how ideally it should be done. A lot of benchmarking and self learning to do, a looooooot of alignment, reminder, RACI, guidelines and other things to be done. Definitely not easy, but reflecting on the journey, I am happy and proud on how I can contribute in defining and establishing the Export projects and operations at Nestle Indonesia. Excited to see it grow bigger and better!

13 August 2024 Internal Customer Relationship, a Service Mindset Petronas GHRS Group 8 Today we talked about Active Listening and Asking. I shared with them a guide...when asking, apply The Burger Rule. Top half of a burger bun: Start with 1 or 2 closed questions (responses would be short). Burger patty: Based on the answers, ask opened questions (responses usually longer or clarification in nature). Bottom half of the bun: And to end, asked closed questions. To demonstrate, Me: at the start of the day, I asked how are we today (closed question)...jawapan you all panjang ke pendek? They: jawapan panjang... Me: haaaa...panjang? I hear 'good'...pendek kan? They: gooooooooood...(in unison) Me: oh, ahahahaha...(nak buat apa lagi, kan?) But seriously, they got the picture.😅 2 days with them, filled with lots of laughter. Lots of questions. Lots of opinion sought. Lots of situations shared. Lots of ideas exchanged. As always, a little prayer that may what they walked away with be put to the best of use. And for them to remember, change takes time...remain consistent and persistent, and it will happen.
