A sneak peek at the next RestauraTOUR: Thrilled to check out the newest location of Mecha Noodle Bar which opened in Columbus’s Short North district in April. This is the ninth location for the Connecticut-based concept, which was founded by life-long friends Richard Reyes and TONY M PHAM in 2013. Two-by-fours hang from the ceiling like noodles in this former White Castle space. The menu features a range of bao, pho, ramen, rolls, and other munchies, plus boba and other tasty beverages. Pictured here: Red Oil Dumplings, Spare Ribs, Kimchi Fried Rice, Pho Bo with roasted bone marrow, and Kai Miso Ramen with fried soft shell crab.
