Supervisor | Transmission | Distribution | Operations | Engineering | Workforce Development | Continuous Improvement | USAF Veteran
Companies hiring for jobs in a low cost of living area need to understand one thing- the reason the cost of living is low is because people don't want to live there. Often they are far from large cities, out of range of a day trip, lack amenities and public transportation, and have climates or landscapes that leave a lot to be desired. If you're hiring talent nationwide for a position in a low cost of living area, you need to pay people TO live in that low cost of living area, else those positions are going to go unfilled or become a revolving door.

I love hearing candidate's voice light up when I tell them they got the job offer! It's more than recruiting for me. Its helping someone prevent eviction. Its helping someone put food on the tables for families. Its helping someone pay for their wedding. Whatever the case may be, its about using my resources to get someone a new opportunity. #itsrickele #virtuallyconnected #healthcarerecruiter

Client Lead - IT Recruitment Consultant @ Acuity Consultants | Business Development | Account Management | Recruitment
JOIN THIS COMPANY, EVEN THOUGH THERE'S NO REASON Ever stumbled on those vague ads seeking an IT professional with minimal details? It's time to ponder - why the mystery? In a competitive market where precision is key, being specific matters. Imagine house-hunting without specifics; You want a 3 bedroom home in Cape Town with a 2 car garage - would a generic "house for sale" ad catch your eye? Unlikely. Conversely, a 3 bedroom house with a spacious driveway will spark interest. The devil is in the details. Just as in finding your dream home, discovering the ideal candidate requires specifics. Job specifications are crucial - attract top talent by providing the necessary details. Let's align the pieces for success. #Recruitment #JobSearch #HiringProcess Acuity Consultants
