The video shows how the #heatsink heats up more evenly with the heatpipe variant. The heat spread is improved by the heatpipes, allowing the #heat to be dissipated more efficiently from the component to be cooled. Major order for Venti from the metal industry More than one million cubic meters of extraction capacity per hour is a huge amount. And that’s just one aspect of this recent order – the largest in Venti Oelde’s 90 years in business. A leading German metal manufacturer has commissioned Venti to develop a customized air cleaning solution to make its production processes more efficient and environmentally friendly. It’s a very exciting project that will bring Venti’s multi-faceted engineering expertise and construction capabilities into full play.    Highlights of the project:    ·        Two highly efficient reverse air filter systems will clean the exhaust air which is carrying heavy metal particles.  ·        There will be no condensation, icing or caking on the filter tubing because the reverse air is taken from the cleaned process air.  ·        Lower noise emissions and reduced energy consumption compared to conventional jet cleaning. ·        Maximum efficiency thanks to optimized fans featuring special profile blades for higher efficiency at reduced costs. ·        With this higher degree of efficiency, no additional noise protection measures will be necessary.     February 2025 is the scheduled date for the first delivery and installation of components for the two new filter systems.
