Let's face it: life is a roller coaster, full of ups and downs, and we can all stand to learn from how other people navigate life's challenges with fortitude and grace. I thoroughly enjoyed the article by journalist and former The Drum presenter Julia Baird, talking about how people get by and endure. Check out her article "'Seven times down, eight times up': When life is hard, how do we go on?", via the link. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gDCF9392

Leadership Development for Technical Teams I Talks about leadership, data, emotional intelligence, and projects.
This Labor Day, I am thankful for: 1. Meaningful work 2. How much physical working conditions have improved since the first Labor Day in 1882. The average American worked 6 days/week, 12 hours a day back then. 3. How there has been an increased awareness of the importance of mental health and burnout prevention in recent years in the workplace. What are you thankful for this Labor Day? #LaborDay #mentalhealth #hr
On this day, we honor and appreciate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers everywhere!

Celebrate "your unique Talent day" : 24 th Nov "Use what talents you possess; the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best."...Henry Van Dyke We all are endowed with talents that are unique and remarkable. No two person have the same set of talent and there needs to be a time to celebrate those talents not just for the world, but for ourselves. While someone is a good guitarist, the other person is an awesome painting artist or a singer or is good at writing contents or poetry. Lets understand and appreciate, being different is a strength, not a weakness. Society has shut it down in the past, but we are progressively becoming more accepting and inclusive. This day highlights the importance of being unique and bringing something different to the table. Billions of people all over the world can’t be the same, and there is beauty in that. Thus this serves as a reminder to embrace our differences. Hence, on this iconic day, share your talent with the world, show case it . Not only does it increase your confidence, but it also benefits those who get to appreciate and admire it. You never know who you could be inspiring! So let's celebrate 'your unique talent day,' in a befitting manner. Let's laud that special spark within us, the thing that makes us fundamentally unique from the rest of the world.
