Crafting Magnetic videos that build Audience and Revenue | I am looking for Short and long form video editors (Please DM)
What kind of People (or Video editors) will not succeed in life? Meet Aman. He’s talented, for sure. You know, he makes amazing videos, uses complicated editing software, and finishes projects on time. He’s almost the complete package. Aman applied for video editing jobs this year. Big Bollywood studios. Top production houses in Mumbai. Major streaming platforms. You get the idea. I’ve listened to Aman talk for years about his career dreams. I’ve listened to him criticize people for taking jobs at local production companies that aren’t famous. And this December, the deadline passed for him to apply to a good local studio. He lives in Mumbai. The city has a lot of great opportunities in the film industry. He thought he was too good for it. He refused to apply because he thought he was above that, besides, all the people who work there are amateurs. Job offers came back from other places. Deferred. Rejected. Rejected. Rejected. Now, he’s going to be stuck at a low-budget studio that’s much lower ranked than the Mumbai studio and pays much less, because he thought he was too good to apply. What kind of people will not succeed in life? People who think they’re that much better than others, that they’re too good for a backup plan. People like Aman miss out on many chances. Instead of thinking carefully about a decision, they care more about fame than practicality. And they end up missing out because they refuse to try things that seem less glamorous. You might stay clean, but you miss out on this thing most of us call life. So will you be the next Aman? This was jitesh, see you tomorrow #CareerAdvice #VideoEditing #MumbaiFilmIndustry #CareerGrowth #BackupPlans #ProfessionalDevelopment #Bollywood #LifeLessons #JobHunt #CareerMistakes

In 2018, Mumbai opened its arms to me, granting opportunities in TV, commercials, and behind-the-scenes roles. The journey through acting, junior AD work, and assistant casting directing was exhilarating, but amidst the challenges of COVID-19's second wave, a deeper calling emerged. "Why settle for what's expected when we can redefine what's possible?" With this conviction, Anamya Productions came to life in 2022, not in Mumbai, but in the vibrant cities of Lucknow, and now, firmly establishing its kingdom in the heart of New Delhi. Here, against all odds, we've built a community where creativity knows no bounds. From pioneering high-end VFX and cinematic brilliance to mastering music production and cutting-edge AR/VR experiences, our team is rewriting the playbook of what regional studios can achieve. Every day, we push the envelope, driven by honesty, sincerity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Our mission is clear: to set industry standards and create work that resonates, from impactful ads to films that stir the soul. We believe in the transformative power of storytelling, using our platform to uplift, inspire, and drive meaningful change. Today's generation is uniquely positioned in this digital age where creativity meets technology. In 2024, a new breed of artists—video editors, graphic designers, VFX wizards, and storytellers—stand proudly alongside any corporate executive or public servant. This is the era of storytellers, where imagination fuels innovation, and passion fuels progress. Join us in this exhilarating journey where dreams take flight and boundaries are shattered. Whether you're an established artist or aspiring to be one, let's unite to create something extraordinary. Together, let's pave the way for future generations, leaving a legacy that transcends industry norms and inspires the world. This is our moment. Let's embrace it with courage, creativity, and unwavering determination. Together, we'll prove that from the heart of India, greatness knows no limits

False promises of the Video Production Industry? Recently, we have been expanding our working horizons at Faded Films. We are onboarding corporate clients and expanding to adjacent markets. For this reason, our team is reaching out to a lot of people on a daily basis. My team is reaching out to 150 - 200 people every day via Cold outreach. Some simply don't respond. They read the text and leave it there. Some pick up the call and don't even listen to the complete information. Some listen and understand the requirements, ask to share the same information in writing and never respond back. Some listen and understand the requirements, respond properly to text, build a connection, and commit to help with our requirements but disappear at the end. A few really build a lasting connection that turns out to be work together. The reason to point it out is not to show that people are unwilling to work. The point here is that this is the response percentage for reaching out to work with new people. When expanding and onboarding people, we need to deal with this. The only solution is to reach out to so many people that it would be unreasonable for anyone not to work with you. "Few long business relations can create outsized returns. It just takes to reach an outsized number of people". #ClientRelations #ColdOutreach #BusinessGrowth #BusinessGrowthStrategy #VideoProduction #Jaipur
