This highlights the effective gap that must be filled! Very well-defined models that cannot diagnose the patient in consultation! But if we could identify all patients approximately like him! From there, build a synthetic conceptual model… to identify the complementary concepts that would lead us to the diagnosis! With 30 concepts, we could choose symptoms/classifying exams, going through a base of 3 thousand concepts that would lead us to a diagnostic target!
