New research shows #ExerciseSnacking that's 3.5 minutes per day of vigorous activity, such as climbing stairs, can reduce overall cancer risk by 17-18% compared with no vigorous activity.

I just got my annual mammogram earlier this month because the American Cancer Society reminded me that women over age 40 should be screened annually. I encourage each of you to consider the cancer screenings you need in 2024 and get your appointments scheduled for the new year now! Remember, regular screening increases the chances of detecting certain cancers early, before cancer has a chance to spread.
