After the success of the European program AI Opener for DMOs launching in Canada
Our #AIOpenerforDestinations community is growing and we are #NAO launching the very first 🇨🇦 Canadian cohort 🇨🇦 of AI Opener for Destinations together with Miles Partnership. Nov 7th, our new Canadian destination cohort will meet for the first time to kick off their strategic AI journey. For the remaining months of 2024, the Canadian destinations will meet for customized sessions, uniquely for Canadian destinations, before joining the bigger North American cohort of AI Opener #Season2025. The 2025 season is still open for new destinations to join - across Europe and North America. Attention Canadian #Tourism Industry professionals, #DMOs and Canadian businesses in general - The time to accelerate AI adoption is NOW! I'm sounding the alarm - We cannot be left behind because of complacency and our typical #Canadian nobody moves, nobody gets hurt approach. I've been out speaking at conferences about AI and have been met with a lot of enthusiasm and excitement, but I'm noticing that once the conferences come to an end and people get back into their day-to-day routines, the urgency for AI adoption dwindles quickly. I get it - it's not easy and you are busy with the day to day. I've done some polling and understand why this happens - you feel intimidated by AI, overwhelmed by your already heavy workload and unsure where to even start. But you just have to start - and I'm here to help if you need the support. As I talk about in my AI presentations, the AI wave is the most significant technological wave to hit humanity and its coming in faster and harder than any of us are prepared for.
