I recently sat down with Jake to discuss CVL's physician-owned, physician-led platform and the growing role of private equity in cardiology. Check out the video below!
We’re seeing more signs of private equity’s growing role in #cardiology. But how does a private equity-owned cardiology platform work from the inside, and how do they go about expanding “the right way?” Check out the latest Cardiac Wire Show interview with Cardiovascular Logistics CEO, David Konur to get an insider’s perspective on this emerging trend. https://lnkd.in/gmh4z-2R

I am sharing a case of polymorphic PVC mapping performed by David Kenigsberg, MD, FHRS at HCA Florida Westside Hospital. This is an interesting procedure in which the patient's #EKG showed four different morphologies that were mapped in parallel with #Optrell and #parallelmappingsoftware. The focus of the predominant pattern was located in the postero-septal area of the left ventricle (LV). The early area of the LAT map appeared diffuse, suggesting a possible epicardial focus. Endocardial ablation was performed with the help of the #Qdot catheter as the first approach, successfully stopping the arrhythmia. The most fascinating aspect of the case was that the final EKG was free of any PVCs, even though there were initially multiple morphologies.
