This important issue brief was a collaborative effort by leading experts in health care and technology: Dr. Kristen Miller, senior scientific director at MedStar Health National Center for Human Factors in Healthcare; Dr. Raj Ratwani, vice president of scientific affairs at MedStar Health Research Institute; and research fellows, Drs.
