𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 Hiring is challenging not only because there are less skilled people in the market. It's challenging because people who hire team new team members lack the taste of good work. This applies to every domain of work, whether it's design, writing, development, or strategy-based roles. You will only hire good people if you have someone on the team who has tasted quality work. That's when we at Fueler® started helping brands in hiring, they started welcoming new team members with the high skin in the game. We don't claim to help brands hire people for every domain of work, but if you are looking for talented people from the 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻, you won’t have to go anywhere else, as we believe we can help you. If your company is hiring, please tag the person we can connect with. #hirewithFueler

Staying ahead means being open to new ideas. For example, we were working with a leading EHR tech company. They used to stick with hiring from big organizations, only focusing on reps selling into providers and health systems. It worked fine for a while. But with healthcare shifting towards value-based care and other innovative models, the way they went to market needed to evolve. We suggested they consider candidates from the digital healthcare space. These folks bring a different perspective, having sold digital products that transform industries, unlike the company's legacy tech. It was a bit of a gamble, but it paid off. We helped them hire three top players who injected fresh ideas and energy into the team. Sometimes, thinking outside the box in hiring can lead to great results. It's all about being open to different experiences and perspectives. ⬇️ Hey Chief Commercial Officers, This can be you. Riding through a crowd of adoring board members and stake holders…. atop a glorious steed…. screaming your praises for hiring such an awesome commercial org ….we’re just a call away……

It's exciting, but nerve-wracking to hire someone for a new business. Adding staff members is like growing your family - they are an extension of yourself. It's fun, but it has to be done right. I was very close to the last team I had. We worked hard together, came up with creative plans together, and were all friends. I would love to create an environment like that again. This will be my first time hiring anyone in over 3 years. Business owners and managers, what is the best advice to give me about hiring in terms of what has changed since then? #hiring #businessowners #businessownership #businessownerlife #hiringmanagers

In hiring, there's one crucial criterion: the ownership mindset. It's about how deeply someone feels and acts like they own the company. This sense of ownership is key to success and growth. #Hiring #OwnershipMindset
