You know what #loyaltyprogram I absolutely LOVE? The Journeys All Access Program. Not a lot of brands are really going above and beyond in terms of a program design that echoes the brand’s personality so well while still delivering a strong value proposition that's dynamic and engaging. #Journeys is using the program to capture and action zero party data that is then leveraged to create a super personalized customer experience for its #programmembers. Although Journeys just launched last year, it continues to evolve and roll out exciting new features like redeeming points for shopping sprees, $ off purchases, exclusive offers and experiences for every member of the household, and more. I really loved the slick survey with branching logic for progressive profiling that let me share my information about my own personal purchases, but also who I’m shopping for including my children. Now in my profile (because Journeys knows I shop for my kids) I can even share their birthdays so we all get a birthday reward, which is super smart to incentivize those incremental purchases. Upon completing the survey I was immediately awarded bonus points and a real time triggered email let me know I had unlocked access to a reward--a sweepstakes entry to an Adidas shopping spree. All Access is also an omni channel experience with a downloadable mobile wallet pass so members can access the program easily and it also makes the POS experience that much more efficient. Such a great post Jillian Dimoff. Awesome brand, awesome team, and beautiful customer-centric vision 😃 Hidden behind this and worth an equal mention is the crisp collaboration on this project by multiple platform teams and agencies. In a highly competitive marketing landscape - it's too often overlooked that when the vision is the goal, the sum value of multiple platforms can be even greater than that of each part.
