This year, we're going for 500,000! Creating content has been a labor of love of mine, but sometimes, I need more consistency to reach my goals. It takes work to share where you are in your founder's journey. Importantly, to share things with genuineness and the intention to help others with the information. One of the things that I keep in mind in all of my posts is to make sure it's about providing value to people. Whether sharing my experience with an organization or discussing a difficult situation. The goal is always to provide something valuable to someone else. I continue to create content daily by transposing a version of what I write in my journals. Journaling has been such a helpful practice in fleshing out my thoughts. I get to do the same when I write on LinkedIn. So, let's start the content journey right! BTW: if you are looking to do the same and looking for an accountability partner, like! You can't do it alone. P.S. Matt Reiners inspired me to write this. #contentcreator #linkedin #startup #founder

My Story Continues… From Product Business Owner to Content Writer. Since I needed to start writing, it became important to choose a niche. Meanwhile, I began taking bite-sized courses to help me get started. After a lot of back-and-forth, I finally discovered a niche I felt deeply connected to: "motherhood." So, I bought a notebook and, every day, I would write. I didn’t want to set up a page like everyone else, I wanted to share my story. My struggles, wins, tips, and tricks. That’s when I created my pages on Instagram and Facebook, called "Momzgist". And I started writing. As years went by, I ventured into Social Media Management, and the rest, as they say, is history. Through this journey of self-discovery, I’ve learned patience, resilience, and the power of staying relentless. I also defeated imposter syndrome along the way. And I can confidently say, it’s been worth it. If you’re on a journey of finding your passion, stay patient and keep pushing forward! What’s one lesson you’ve learned on your path? Share in the comments!👇 #JourneyToPassion #ContentWriting #SocialMediaManagement #MotherhoodStories #Entrepreneurship #SelfDiscovery #LinkedInCommunity #GrowthMindset #Inspiration

Creating posts can feel like pressure ... but really, it's all just experiment. 🧪 After writing everything from 12" newspaper stories to 3-min marketing blogs, I've found there are good guidelines (and data to tap), but you can never fully predict what'll resonate with people. And there's no perfect. For me, lately I've been experimenting with weaving helpful graphics into my pieces — and *🫢* writing shorter blogs. Long-form content is still valuable and, of course, valued by Google. But sometimes a 800, 700 ... even 600 word article can resonate and help folks more quickly than a 1.2K-2K+ word'er. Explaining it in a way that makes sense matters most. With where AI is heading, that's increasingly what people expect. And a good infographic or "by the numbers" can go a long way. 📊 Some "tests" will go well; others may fizzle. But it's a long-haul process, and the experimenting keeps us moving forward. Thanks to Matt Barker for this reminder. #contentmarketing #writing
Your next post COULD change everything. Or not. That’s the thrill. Everything is a test. - No right or wrong post - No best or worst post - No winning or losing post But most who start writing online get stuck thinking they have to be perfect, or they’ll get ridiculed. The mindset shift that helped set me free? Understanding I’m committing to growing an online presence for YEARS, not weeks or months. After that, 1 or 2 “bad” posts aren’t important. Everything is a test. If you like this post, you might like my newsletter The Digital Writer. Join 11,000+ solopreneurs & founders today.

Kenny, please tell us a story Story story Okay so the other day I came back home famished, and I entered the kitchen immediately to prepare white rice If you have ever been hungry and cooked undone rice then you will be able to relate more to this post Went in undressed came back and served my food and even served other people, I didn’t even bother to check if it was done I just wanted to put food in my stomach I took the first spoon and I felt this rice was not ricing, tried to manage but I couldn’t, it wasn’t manageable, everyone complained and dropped their food What could I do? I thought of cooking it again but then it was mixed with the sauce😞I had to start all over and boil another rice this time around I waited and almost cooked cause I’d learned my lesson What is the essence of this story Don't serve when you are not done cooking Some of your startups are like this, you are so eager to make money from that skill that you just want to jump the process. You want to see in weeks The tech journey is a long ride so why the rush, I think you should relax your mind because you can only operate well when you are in the right state of mind Navigating the intricate journey of a startup involves embracing challenges, adapting to uncertainties, and finding beauty in the process. Jumping the process will only spoil your reputation Building your branding is like handpicking beans if you rush you chop stone Slow and steady no rush my fans PS: Guys I blocked my supposed first client let's just say I am the most relaxed content writer on LinkedIn Don't judge me I will post why I did that later #personalbranding #contentwriting

My life shifted dramatically because I made a simple decision: I started writing online. I wrote about startups, family, psychology, creativity, teaching, faith—exploring every avenue. I didn't have a master plan to gain a following, or achieve any certain outcome for that matter. I was doing it for myself. I wanted to become a better writer and thinker. I stumbled along with a decent attitude. No serious results to be found, but I kept going. What was the result of creating thousands of pieces of content? More opportunities. More confidence. More friendships. More clarity. That's why I put this course together. I want more people realize the power of writing online. If you want to chat about how you or your company can get started creating compelling content, and spreading the good news about what you do, reach out. PS—Thanks to all the cool people I've met here. You know who you are. ✌️ ❤️ #ThankYouLinkedIn #WritersLife #FriendlyNeighborhoodSnyderman

Copywriter and web designer. Don't know what to write? I can help. Tired of your old website? I'll build you a glorious new one that you'll LOVE.
Thank you thank you thank YOU! Thank you to everybody who took the time to follow, comment on and share the post I wrote on the spur of the moment a few weeks ago, ahead of a talk I’m giving to some sixth-formers next month. I asked for one piece of real, practical advice that you would give to new business owners. I thought it would give me one or two nuggets to mention to the students, many of whom are very interested in starting their own business when they leave school. To give myself the best chance of getting some usable advice, I also posted it in a handful of groups I’ve joined over the years. I needn’t have worried. Rather than one or two nuggets, the original post generated enough pieces of advice for a business masterclass, with business owners from all over the globe contributing their own gems. As I write, it has 349 comments – more than any post I’ve written before. What does this show? To me, just two things. LinkedIn is an incredibly powerful tool. People love to help. The people who left a comment had very little to gain from doing so – other than showing that they are willing to help others. You could argue that they were showing off their expertise in the process, and that this might possibly have brought them more business, but I don’t think that was anybody’s prime motivation. Maybe I’m naive. You tell me. If you were one of the people who left a comment on my post, again, thank you so much. I really do appreciate it. And if you missed it, I’d strongly advice heading over to my Posts page and checking out the comments. They really are brilliant. – Has the LinkedIn community ever taken you by surprise like that? #business #copywriting #webdesign #startups

🚀🧑💻 POST-EXIT FOUNDERS: Struggling to launch your creator business? You're not alone. Here's the biggest mistake I see post-exit founders make trying to hit the ground running... SO many post-exit founders fall back into the mistake they made as a startup founder: trying to do everything at once. Juggling multiple KPIs and projects is a bad place to start any business. You know this. You made this mistake earlier on in your startup journey. But it doesn't stop you from trying. In 2015, I launched my online writing career. And I had this whole plan mapped out. • I would publish a newsletter every week. • Rewrite it into two Twitter threads each week • Repurpose those to LinkedIn and Medium. But of course, I quickly grew overwhelmed and dropped off. This was because I ignored the fact that I hadn't built up enough writing "muscle memory" to do all of this every dya. This led to: 😵💫 Lack of focus If you're trying to grow on multiple platforms at once, the results from a single platform could take much longer. Than if you had focused on one. Which might lead to... --- 🥵 Burnout My email subscribers plateaued at 550... So I put my newsletter on hold to focus on growing my ghostwriting business. Trying to do too much leads to a real possibility you burn out and stop publishing altogether --- 📉 Poor quality work In the end, if your results are taking a while, you won't know if it's because you need to put in more time and effort... Or if your content just isn't good enough — one of my biggest personal fears. --- 💡 The Lesson The key to success in a creator business isn't doing more—it's doing more of what works, and doing it well. One platform, one audience, one product at a time. Build up that writing 'muscle memory' and the rest will follow. --- That's it for today. 🙋🏻♀️ If you're a tech founder who's struggling to grow your course or consulting business, I can help! 💡I build educational email courses for post-exit founders and executives who want to build an audience and find their Next Big Thing. 📌 If you're looking for a ghostwriter with a tech background, shoot me a DM and let's chat!
