Golf is big business in the US. 27 million Americans played golf in 2023 alone. The average golf enthusiast spends between $4,260- $5,555 annually on the sport. One of the faster growing areas within the golf industry is the 'off-course' market. We've recently partnered with one of the fastest growing indoor golf facilities in the US. Some highlights on the brand: - Simulation golf (250+ golf courses available, swing analysis to improve overall game) - Advanced tech (Same simulator used by golf pros on PGA tour, proprietary client management software) - 24/7 access for Members (automated secure access) - Individual and corporate membership model - Simple buildout with 1-4 bays - No employees need! If you want to learn more about this model and see if it is available in your market, send me a DM. #franchising #businessownership #golf #technology

Did you know that "this past year, more golf balls were hit into screens {golf simulators} than on an actual golf course?" 🏌♂️ Pretty incredible, huh? 😍 So here enters The Back Nine franchise opportunity founded by Wil S. Bangerter. With 60+ territories sold nationwide, The Back Nine is just getting started on its nationwide expansion. 🌎 So why have golf simulators and now golf simulator franchises become so appealing in recent years? Here's just a few reasons... Accessibility: Golf simulators allow enthusiasts to play and practice golf regardless of weather conditions or time of day, making the sport more accessible year-round. ⛳ Convenience: They provide the convenience of playing from home or a dedicated indoor space without needing to visit a golf course. ⛳Technology: Advances in technology have improved the accuracy and realism of golf simulators, offering detailed feedback on swing mechanics, ball trajectory, and course conditions. ⛳Training and Improvement: Many golfers use simulators to work on their game, taking advantage of the data and analysis tools to refine their skills. ⛳Entertainment: Simulators also serve as a recreational activity for socializing and having fun, with options to play on virtual versions of famous courses. ⛳Space Efficiency: They are a space-efficient way to enjoy the game, especially for those who might not have the room or access to a full golf course. Making your money work for YOU | Holding your hand to invest in your future with property | An additional stream of income that can set you up for life |
Why do you do so much networking out on the golf course? Mainly because I can tie in two passions of property and golf at the same time. However you can learn so much about someone in 4 1/2 hours with them that it would be clear if you’d want to do business with them. Here’s just a few of things I look out for 👀 1.) Can they count? How many shots did they have, do they have a problem simply adding up. 2.) Do they help you look for your ball? When things get tough are they by your side helping you? 3.) How do they react when they aren’t playing well and things are going bad? Do they walk off in a mood or start hurling clubs? I was fortunate to join 20 other business owners who are Ambassador’s at "FORE" Business for the launch of Midlands Inter Group tournament at Shirley Golf Club, Solihull and had a cracking 4 ball, even though I got beat by a Birmingham City fan (again). Suppose they have to look for every bit of success they can get. So what would you look for in business partnerships around the golf course? #propertyinvesting #propertyinvestor #property #propertyeducation #beattheday

There are many ways to increase the number of members at your golf club. Creating a membership offer is one way to do this. And, it will more than likely give you a short-term boost of new members. But, what happens to these members when it comes around to your renewal and there is no offer? Will you then have to create another offer to fill the void again? And what do existing members think of this? Alternatively, you can look at implementing a flexible membership category. This creates a pathway for golfers into full membership, whilst also giving them flexibility, removing potential retention issues and creating better loyalty. 📈If your golf club is looking to increase its membership numbers this winter, which route will you choose? #playmoregolf #flexiblemembership #membershipoffers

I absolutely love the Open Championship... I can get up at 4 in the morning (much to the chagrin of my wife) and watch golf live on TV! There are other things that I enjoy about this particular Championship though. It is inevitable that you will see names on the leaderboard that you have never heard of before...most of which rise to the top only to fade as the 4 day test moves along. We see some top ranked players look like mere mortals as this style of golf amplifies mistakes. But most of all I love this Championship because it requires of the winner the same qualities required to be a successful business leader. Attitude: this tournament is 4 days...72 holes... that will challenge a persons ability to maintain a positive attitude. There are no holes off...each hole requires you to pay attention to details and make clear decisions. Adaptability: I can't think of any other event where conditions can change so dramatically within the course of a round. Your ability to adjust to not only weather conditions but also a completely different style of play than what is the norm in professional golf most weeks. Putting from 40 yards off of a green, bunkers that require hitting out sideways or backwards, and aiming away from pins or at middle of greens to avoid one of those bunkers. The champion is the person who adapts better than the competition. Acceptance: with this style of golf on this kind of course you are going to hit good shots and get bad bounces. You are going to be tested in ways that will tempt you to feel like the golf gods are against you. You are also going to hit some bad shots that will get a good bounce which can get you thinking maybe this is my day. It is the player that can take both of those things in stride and continue to focus on the next shot not getting too high or too low that has the best chance to win. No doubt Xander Schauffele exhibited all of those qualities in winning this years Open Championship. In business having the right attitude, the ability to adapt to conditions, and the grace to accept the good with the bad can be the difference between companies that succeed and those who fail. So remember to give it your best shot...keep the ball in play... and Business+Golf=Success !
