1yI have been a customer of Meezan Bank Limited since June 2018, the worst customer experience at the call center of Meezan Bank Limited. Due to a malfunction by the Mobile Bank Application transaction was automatically performed a second time and transferred money into Kuickpay ID dated:- 30-08-2023, within minutes, I generated a complaint due to the app. malfunctioned amount was deducted from my account, kindly reverse the amount, still issue in pending, it past 41 days in addition Bank just informed me this is billing channel we will not do anything. Worst ever experience with the bank, it is the Bank's responsibility to reverse the amount into the customer's account, Why should the customer take the pain and suffer because of a mistake/error in the bank application? it is the Bank's responsibility to solve the issue not just inform to the customer it will be adjusted, one more thing every bill is not adjustable make sure before giving a statement, etc. I have witnessed the most pathetic customer experience with the Bank. Also, include in the video if there is an error due to our system we are not able to resolve customer complaints.
