Tips for investing in NCDs: 1) Organisations resort to raising funds using NCDs only to meet a specific business purpose. Read the terms and conditions in the teaser or offer document – if they do not offer you clarity on how/where your money is going to be used, do not invest. 2) Diversification, i.e., investing across various firms and periods can reduce the risks considerably. 3) NCDs from one single sector (NBFCS that focuses on personal loans) are not safe to invest in. This can lead to higher risk exposure. 4) NCDs from the secondary markets have always delivered higher returns in the past. This is when you buy older NCDs when a firm issues a new one. Never go by the interest rate alone. It will not matter if the NCD yield (that decides your real returns) remains low. 5) The perfect time to sell your NCD is when its interest is due. It is the prime trading time for a non-convertible debenture. You can expect to make more money out of it. #NCD, #Fund Raise

Im at the Sponsor Network Summit! Getting our fund in place to grow our business in buying RV Parks. One topic we covered was leveraging different money sources to invest in deals. Did you know that you can use a variety of IRA accounts, such as Traditional IRA/Rollover IRA, Roth IRA, SEP IRA, Simple IRA, Inherited IRA, Solo 401(k), as well as previous employer 401(k), 403(b)/457, military TSP, and even a Health savings account (HSA)? I recently raised $900,000 in just three weeks for an RV park, and one-third of my investors used an IRA. This is such an untapped area when it comes to raising capital. If you're looking to grow your business and need funding, consider exploring IRA accounts as a potential source of investment. #IRA #Solo401k #SDIRA #403(b) #HSA #RVParkInvesting #PassiveCashflow #RothIRA #SEPIRA #PassiveRealEstate #RealEstateInvesting
