I advise early talent to ask questions. You aren't expected to know everything so ask questions to seek understanding. As much as it is a several weeks-long interview for you, it is also for them. Explore and make note of what is important to you, what you value, and what work environment you want to work in. Just because they offer a job does not mean you need to take it if you know it's not a good fit.

I totally agree! Asking instead of assuming. Because when you assume, your unconscious bias will kick in and you might end up doing the wrong thing. This is valid for ALL generations, not only Gen Z 😁.

Show up excited and ready to learn. Be humble, ask questions, and put forth 100% effort, even in tasks you may not be thrilled about. Show interest in the company and turn your phone off, be present. You will rise above your peers!

Keep your eyes open and ask questions. Every organization has gaps, and often your fresh perspective can provide value they didn’t even know they were looking for!
