I had an electrician here today replacing a panel. That's about the extent of my knowledge on electricity, but here's the point: the first person who came seemed off, and after asking a lot of questions, I wasn't comfortable with his work. He quickly ran into problems, so I had someone else replace him. Why do I tell you this? Because many people I work with ask, "How do I hire someone when I don't know how to do that job?" This is for 15-30 hours of work per week. Here are some particulars: • Could be a journalist, a marketing writer, or an architecture / lighting design grad who really gets this environment.  • Could also be a consultant who can explain technical details to us about this world, have us translate it into writing, then review our work.  • Must be able to be "embedded" for the client and quick on the uptake (can turn things around in 1 day) • Must understand technical info about lighting / shading / controls, like the advantages of a low frequency wireless signal, understanding a 5-channel LED emitter, or how various lighting components connect with one another
