It important to note that BPS3000 is 100% directly interchangeable with other key manufacturers due to VDMA standardization. The BPS3000 is available in three configurations: 1) dual pressure switch, 2) dual pressure switch with analogue output (4-20 mA or 0-10 V), or 3) single switch with analogue output. Set points and dead band are easily adjusted using a user-friendly menu where hysteresis can be set up to 125% of its measuring range. TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) is a standard defined by IEEE Standards Association for smart transducer interface modules. It allows digital information like calibration data to be stored within a transducer, such as a sensor. TEDS is used to facilitate the automatic identification and configuration of the transducer, making it easier to integrate and manage in systems.   Mantracourt’s Portable Sensor Display (PSDS) can read TEDS templates 33, 40 and 41.   Template 33 contains information intended for use with bridge sensors.   Template 40 includes the data necessary for correctly interpreting the signals from an accelerometer, such as sensitivity, measurement range, and calibration data.   Template 41 is for common load cells, providing key information required for weight measurement applications, including the load cell's rated output and maximum capacity.   Discover how you can take advantage of the PSDS with TEDS functionality here: https://bit.ly/3v9hIKa #LoadCell #BridgeSensor #Accelerometer
