What is the best part of being an event artist/calligrapher? Variety! Just in one weekend, I engraved pint glasses for an event held at a local brewery by NetApp , personalized sunglasses cases for Luxottica / Versace , and engraved fragrances for Prada Group and Valentino at Nordstrom. My favorite, and yet most nerve wracking on-site interaction, is when someone says “do whatever you want-I trust you..” This amazing Parfums Christian Dior fragrance is based on Christian Dior’s favorite flower (and mine)-lily of the valley, so the design was obvious (to me at least). Luckily, the client loved it! Thank you @Sylvia L. for having me again-can’t wait for the next one!
