𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐀 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 In a world where technology advances and acts of kindness abound, we are reminded of the darker side of humanity. The recent incident in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where a juice vendor named Aamir Khan, owner of Khushi Juice Corner was arrested for serving customers 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞, is a stark reminder of the evil that exists among us. The police arrested Aamir Khan, and detained his minor assistant. They conducted a search in the juice stall and recovered a plastic can filled with urine. While the majority of people strive to make a positive impact on society, there are individuals who choose to inflict harm and spread negativity. It is crucial to remain vigilant and report such incidents to authorities. Despite progress, actions like these fuel distrust and disrupt harmony. Let's continue to celebrate the acts of kindness and compassion that surround us, and work together to combat the forces of evil. #Humanity #Kindness #Evil #Justice #SocialAwareness

India has strict rules prohibiting driving after intoxication, with a 0.03% blood alcohol content (BAC) level. Even with these laws, it's still difficult to enforce them, and many drivers—especially the younger ones—break the law. Since the legal drinking age varies from 18 to 25 years old in different states, any level of alcohol intake by underage drivers (those under the age of 18) is unlawful. The effects of underage alcohol consumption and driving are not limited to the individual. Accidents frequently leave families to deal with the psychological and financial aftermath. The loss of productive life and rising healthcare costs fall mostly on society. The psychological effects are extensive, as communities grapple with the profound impact of losing young lives. The recent case of Vedant serves as a poignant example of such tragic incidents. #puneporsceaccident #vedantagarwal #drinkdriving #punepolice

What Bengal thinks today, India thinks tomorrow. - Gopal Krishna Gokhale #UP and #Bihar people are having a field day on Linkedin, because finally a crime has happened outside of these two states. Bengal is the only place that has the capacity to raise her voice for her daughter #Moumita. If only Bihar and UP had organized large scale protests for the crimes in their state, the country may not have to witness another such incident. Here are some crime against women cases in the past few years, from these two states, which mostly went un-noticed or buried under the carpet. Uttar Pradesh - Unnao Rape and Murder Case (2017-2019) - Hathras Gang Rape Case (2020) - Badaun Gang Rape and Murder Case (2014) - Bulandshahr Gang Rape Case (2016) - Shahjahanpur Rape Case (2019) Bihar - Muzaffarpur Shelter Home Scandal (2018) - Gaya Gang Rape and Murder Case (2018) - Patna Acid Attack Case (2017) - Bhojpur Honour Killing (2019) - Aurangabad Gang Rape Case (2019) No protest, nothing. Why? Because people were busy supporting their favorite politicians. May Moumita's soul rest in peace and may this protest continue till the criminals are executed. Yes, criticize the Govt., the hospital administration etc. but let's not make it political. Some parties couldn't win Bengal, doesn't mean we use rape as a political leverage. Have some shame. #Kolkata #Bengal #India #Women #Crimeagainstwomen #Delhi #creativity

Ola, If You're Listening, Here's What You Could Have Done To Prevent Sexual Abuse Of Your Customers But Didn't! In a country where incidents like the R G Kar Medical College rape case continue to shake our faith, Ola's recent defense in front of Hon'ble Karnataka High Court that it can't act against drivers under POSH Act as they are not employees, is not just disappointing but it's alarming! 1. Legal Loophole ≠ Moral Obligation: Ola, you may have dodged legal responsibility, but what about your moral duty? Safety should never be sacrificed for the sake of legal technicalities. 2. Implement a Comprehensive Anti-Harassment Policy: Even if POSH doesn’t apply, you had the power to create your own internal mechanism to protect your passengers. 3. Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Instead of just blacklisting a driver, you could have partnered with the police to ensure criminal actions faced real consequences. 4. Support for Victims: Minimal actions like driver counseling aren't enough. You should have been at the forefront, supporting victims in their fight for justice, rather than leaving them to fend for themselves. Ola, you have failed not just legally but fundamentally in protecting your customers. How many more incidents need to happen before you step up? #OlaIndia #SafetyFirst #PassengerRights #CorporateResponsibility #LegalAccountability #WomenSafety #OlaFails #POSHAct #Justice

My family and I have been tirelessly following up on this issue for the past 150 days, yet there has been no progress or resolution. Despite providing concrete evidence showcasing the medical negligence at Sarvodaya Hospital, including manipulated records, our efforts seem to have fallen on deaf ears. It is distressing to witness how private hospitals and doctors are jeopardizing countless lives and exploiting their positions of trust for personal gain. We have diligently shared all relevant information with the CSP office and CMHO office in Gwalior, but unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of interest in launching a thorough investigation into this matter. If this issue is not addressed promptly and effectively, it has the potential to devastate numerous families and erode trust in the healthcare system. Therefore, I implore you to intervene and initiate a comprehensive investigation into the practices of Sarvodaya Hospital. Your prompt action on this matter is crucial to ensuring justice for the victims and preventing similar incidents from occurring in the future. I kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in resolving this pressing issue. #JusticeForShalini
🚨 Urgent Call for Justice 🚨 222 days, NO FIR 🚨 Hospital: Sarvodaya Hospital and Trauma Unit, Gwalior Doctors: Dr Prashant Lahariya, Dr Kanti Lahariya and their team Grave Medical Negligence on 1st, 2nd and 3rd Jan 2024 cause into critical reaction in blood and Multiple Organ Failure. Date of Death: 15th Jan 2024 Date of Zero FIR: 16th Jan 2024 FIR PENDING with Police station: Jhansi Road Police Station, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh On January 2nd, 2024, Saurabh Sharma my younger brother's wife Shalini (23YO) brought a beautiful baby boy into this world. Tragically, just thirteen days later, she lost her life due to a grave medical negligence incident in Gwalior. After that hospital has changed the medical records thrice for which we have submitted all relevant documents to the police department. It's been 222 days since her passing, and yet, NO FIR has been lodged by the authorities. Despite our relentless efforts, from filing a zero FIR on January 16th to reaching out to every level of law enforcement from a Constable to Director General of Police, government departments (Human rights, national women commission, state women commission, CM helpline, Home Secretary etc), media, and even political leaders, justice remains elusive. We've witnessed firsthand the brokenness of a system that fails to protect its citizens, even those who diligently contribute to society. The police's attempts to suppress our pursuit of truth, pressuring us to retract our RTIs, only highlight the systemic flaws that plague our justice system. It's disheartening to see how the voices of the middle class, who uphold the law and strive for a better society, are ignored and marginalized. “I share this with you not only to shed light on our plight but also with the hope that someone reading this can help catalyze the change we desperately need.” My 4-month-old nephew deserves to grow up knowing that justice was served for his mother, even if he never got the chance to meet her. Please join me in spreading awareness and demanding accountability. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that no family has to endure such injustice. Unfit buses continue to put the lives of Madhya Pradesh citizens at risk, despite a recent accident in Guna. It's alarming to learn that 50% of these buses are owned by leaders of the BJP and Congress parties. This is a clear example of how these two parties have run our country for 75 years, leading to its ruin. India needs a political party that prioritizes the common man, and that party is the Aam Aadmi Party. It's time for a change. Let's work together to build a better future for our country. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PROPAGANDA AGAINST THEM WITHOUT FACT CHECKING. INDIA ALLIANCE IS TO SAVE DEMOCRACY. #IndiaNeedsAAP #perception #marketing #branding #factcheck #aamaadmiparty
