🌍 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞: 𝐀 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 🌍 In 2017 I embarked on a 20-day Euro trip covering 11 incredible cities. The experience was eye-opening, especially witnessing how clean and sustainable European cities are. It all boils down to one key factor: basic civic sense. Each city demonstrated a remarkable commitment to cleanliness and sustainability. The well-maintained public spaces, efficient waste management systems and active community participation made it clear that civic sense is deeply ingrained in their culture.🌱 As India transitions from a developing to a developed nation, the importance of civic sense cannot be overstated. It's not just about creating policies but also about abiding by them. Top African Stories #9: It's getting harder to create this newsletter every week… Why? You might ask. It seems that the amount of good news about Africa is decreasing as the weeks go by. I started sharing my Top Stories in January with a weekly average of 8 stories, 3 months later, I can barely find 5 positive news about the continent every week. Does this mean only bad things are happening in Africa? Of course not. But, to prove initial my theory, these stories keep being overlooked by the media. Even by local newspapers. From ‘made in Africa’ electric cars to one of the world’s most important Art Biennals, it is all happening right now in the continent. Isn’t it about time we spread the good word? Stay tuned. 🙂 This week's top stories reveal exciting developments in the #tourism sector. Highlights include exponential growth in luxury hotels, a community-led ecotourism hub in #SouthAfrica, and BMW's #futuristic color-changing car created in honor of artist Esther Mahlangu, among others. Enjoy! #AfricanNews #Innovation ##topafricanstories #africanstories #futureofbusiness #africanbusiness #africandiaspora #africanluxury #africanart #africandevelopment #africanentrepreneurs #africanleaders #africanleadership #decolonization #africanculture #luxuryindustry #AfCFTA #TheAfricaWeWant #BrandAfrica #AU #AfricanUnion #capeverde #egypt #tunisia #Senegal #SouthAfrica #Tunisia #ThisIsAfrica #oneafrica #africaninnovation

🌞 A beautiful winter morning near home in Malabar! The blue sky, intense sunlight, and clean air were absolutely breathtaking. 🔍 Fast Fact: Did you know that Australia's population density is just 3.5 people/km², compared to Singapore's dense 8,300 people/km²? This vast difference highlights why pathways to achieving net-zero targets must be tailored specifically to each country's unique circumstances. #Sustainability #ClimateAction #NetZero
