Product sense is all about understanding what users actually need, not just what they say they want. It’s that gut feeling mixed with data and empathy that helps you build something valuable. At the end of the day, it's about solving real problems in a way that feels simple and seamless. Trust your instincts, but always test them. Key things to keep in mind: - Focus on real user problems, not just flashy features - Keep things simple—complexity doesn’t always mean better - Stay curious and constantly test your assumptions #ProductSense #UserFirst #BuildSmart

Gone are the days of blindly guessing what people might want to see in your product. Gut feelings, speculation, and the gamble of collecting feedback from a small segment of your user base are no longer viable strategies for making product decisions, big or small. If you want to stay ahead of the curve, edge out the competition, and—most importantly—drive value for your potential and existing customers, you need to set the right metrics for your business and track them diligently. #productmetrics #productusagenalytics #productdesign

Amazing event last night by Ramli "RJ" John and C. Todd L. focused on how PMs can bring "delight" into the product experience. A few quick takeaways: - Moments of delight and joy are not nice-to-haves. If done right, they can be the real competitive advantage for your product. - You need to understand the expectations of your users. If you don't meet them, you'll never be able to delight them (re: expectation confirmation theory). - Track the 'in-between moments' of the user journey. - Radically transparent data: most products are sitting on treasure troves of data, find ways of sharing the behind-the-scenes of what your product is doing with your user (re: Dominoes tracker case) cc: Andrew Harder
