VIDEO: 🎥 We're working hard with our partners at RE:GEN North East to fit new bathroom suites into hundreds of homes across Ashington as part of our on-going commitment to invest in homes and estates.   The new bathrooms are also being accompanied by new boilers to replace older models where necessary - helping tenants better manage and more efficiently heat their homes as well as enjoy the benefits of a new bathroom suite.   These works form part of the current year's wider £18.4m programme to renew components in our tenants' homes - including the replacement of fire doors and a major energy efficiency programme for homes using new technologies such as air source heat pumps to heat off gas properties and cut carbon emissions.   We're committed over a four-year period to investing more than £69m into major works to our homes and estates right across the North East, regularly reviewing properties with tenants to assess wear and tear and update work programmes, ensuring we target those properties and areas most in need. #homeupgrades #propertyinvestment #community

If you have a client who is need of a two bedroom single story property north of Manchester, which is going to be very cutting edge with a designer bathroom and a Freedom kitchen (designed by Moorgate kitchens Ltd) please explore 1 level Ltd's website. There are three properties currently being built, so I'm sure there would still be time to bespoke, choose colours etc to a clients needs/preferences. The properties I believe, are being built to a very high standard, with a lot of the latest technologies and specifications. The running cost will be very low due to solar panels, heat pump and under floor heating. I think these would make a great first home for someone newly injured or for a company to buy to offer respite or even a housing association such as Habinteg. I have no financial gain other than my involvement with the kitchen design and am doing this purely as I would hate to see these properties sold to a non-disabled person after all the work Allan has put into this project. it would be great if any of you could repost, promote, etc on your networks.
