Maybe this is why war is such a source of innovation... when life is on the line, we have no choice but to adapt and fast. In cyber, our adversaries are fighting a war. They are innovating every day. In industry too often we are plodding along in slo-mo, following normal business cycles. Plan for it, build a business case, get the budget, implement a project, deliver over a year or two. Deal with the bureaucracy. Manage the change. How have you been successful moving cyber to more of an agile, rapid response capability in your organization? Or where have you strugled to do so?
