I had the joy recently of reading Carlos R. Moreno's outstanding book, Finding Your Leadership Soul: What Our Students Can Teach Us About Love, Care, and Vulnerability. Carlos is the co-Executive Director of Big Picture Learning, which is transforming schools around the country.
