Did you know that you might not even realize how much revenue your partnerships are generating? Partner sourced vs partner influenced leads. Partner sourced mean the leads that are brought in by partners. Partner influenced leads are the ones that you generated, but during the sales process a partner was involved. Think, a strong partnership with an ERP that the customer is using Think, a 360 package with marketing done by your partner Think, a safety generated from knowing you work with Google, Amazon or Microsoft. Partner influenced leads are often higher in numbers and value than the ones directly sourced from partners, so when considering your ROI on partnerships - take that into account!

Let´s pivot to B2B! 🎬 Still No Traction Despite an amazing product and an innovative roadmap—much better and more disruptive than our short-sighted competitors. 🎬 Investor Tensions Sales are coming in at 10% of Excel projections. The clock is ticking. 🎬 White-Label Miracle? Aha! We’ll white-label the product and let partners boost sales. 🎬 ARR Struggles Partnerships were not the silver bullet for traction issues. 🎬 SMB Epiphany Selling to SMBs shows promise, but ARR i still far below the BP targets. 🎬 ICP Overhaul Time to go after enterprise clients. With higher ACV, a few big deals could get ARR back on track and secure the next funding round. 🎬 Enterprise Roadblocks The enterprise sales cycle is insane. Why are these “warm leads” ghosting us?
