Meridian Worldwide Transportation hosted its first annual American Woodmark – Individual development plan in the South East for the local sales team. The Meridian Garner NC first mile provider hosting was awarded with most improved in Q1. This program was created to coach and partner with the sales team to empower them with the tools and education needed to ramp up their sales In partnering with Meridian and our logistics team, they were better able to understand the process behind a final mile delivery as well as an overview of areas where the product is delivered. Our current project is to review the sales by the cities to determine what areas have opportunity based on the current delivery profiles, strategically allowing them to place selling center to improve service days or market to strengthen sales in surrounding areas. #meridianworldwidetransportation #finalmile #firstmile #Americanwoodmark #projectlogistics #teamwork #collarboration #logistics

Our Staff Spotlight for today features Steve Murray, Branch Manager in our Red Deer location.    Steve has been with Allmar for 17 years. When asked what he likes best about the industry, he commented: “I like the constant evolution and that no two projects are exactly alike.
