When I think of the Mimic Way awards, I think as someone who has genuine compassion for our customers but also has the expertise in their role, and this person combines both of those perfectly. She's really learned a lot in a short amount of time and has become a really valuable resource both to my team but also externally as well. I have the fullest confidence that when I send policyholders to her that she is going to give them the best customer service experience. And she does this with a genuine compassion and expertise. Rock star customer service. I don't think I've ever had an employee who has garnered as many kudos on a regular basis as she has. I could show you the e-mail folder that I have that's just one after the other after the other. She has gained the trust of our policyholders so much that they are giving us transparent feedback, which can only help us to grow and really get down to the areas. That we have for opportunity of improvement. Probably one of the most humble employees also I've ever had who's probably going to be crazily embarrassed by this recognition right now.
