Just like that, we're on to 2025.
It's a privilege to play a small part in such an iconic event. The demand we see during the ballot is a fantastic reminder of the impact of The Championships, as we continue to find new ways to expand our reach and engage our existing audiences.
A few personal highlights from 2024, as we look on to 2025:
- The Wimbledon 2024 App received an average of 4.9 in reviews on app stores during The Championships.
- Following a homepage redesign, there was a 70 per cent increase in video views and a 79 per cent increase in articles read on wimbledon.com and mobile apps.
- Ticket Resale moved online, modernising a iconic part of the Wimbledon experience which supports the Wimbledon Foundation and meaning guests could enjoy their day while queuing.
- Through vertical video components, we were able to offer richer, more engaging and interactive experiences on our Digital Platforms.
- We launched our first ever esports tournament: the Wimbledon eChamps presented by American Express on TopSpin 2k25.
- Significant improvements to WimbleWorld on Roblox, resulted in over two million plays so far in 2024.
