Believer ✝️ | Corporate Real Estate @ JLL | Tenant Representation & Portfolio Strategy | Notre Dame Alum
Big thank you to the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate (FIRE) for providing me with the platform to share my experience, and to Solon C Stephanou for taking the time to craft it. Here are the top 5 lessons I have learned so far in CRE brokerage. 1) Intangible qualities ≥ Tangible qualities. Attributes like perseverance, grit, and a collaborative mindset are the “not so secret sauce” to sustainable success. 2) Clients may forget the financial specifics of a deal, but they will always remember how you resolved the headaches that arose throughout the lease. 3) Maintain emotional equilibrium. It’s vital to show up every day and take initiative with a positive attitude - “go positive and go first”. I must focus on what I can control, and not let external factors dictate my mood. 4) When you meet someone, remember you are connecting with their entire network, not just that person. I treat every conversation not as 1:1, but as 1:500+ 5) Most importantly, never let the pursuit of conditional love prevent you from appreciating the unconditional love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It's amazing to see the doors that God will open when you surrender your life to him. All Glory to the Most High!

The Real Estate Society at Florida State University is in good hands!
Incoming Analyst at Brookfield Properties | President of The Real Estate Society at FSU | FSU REIF Fund Manager | First Generation Student
I am excited to announce that I have been selected to be the next President of The Real Estate Society at Florida State University. The real estate society is where I found my passion for CRE, and have met so many great people. I cannot wait to be able to serve a group that has been so impactful in both my personal and professional development. Jack Burns has left some big shoes to fill - I’m looking forward to seeing what this year holds for all of us on the executive board.
