As we come to a close on World Mental Health Day I wanted to remind people that this year the theme is 'it is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace.' I know many people who have seen their regular workplace change in the past few weeks, but guess what? Change is good. It may not have been expected but maybe a change is the best thing for your mental health. Work can have a huge impact on our mental health. It can be good for our mental health, giving us a sense of purpose, boosting our self-worth, and providing opportunities to connect with others. But it can also be a source of stress and anxiety and contribute to developing or worsening mental health problems. If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health, you are not alone, and there are places you can go to get help. If you fancy a brew and a chat then I'm very happy to meet up. Just inbox me and we can catch up and talk things through. https://lnkd.in/eRf3mScD #WorldMentalHealthDay #youmatter #selfcare
