One thing I love the most about my job is to visit show rooms, model apartments and inspect already built projects from respective developers to see the quality, finishing materials and literally "feel" the project. I take videos and always visit construction site to be able to provide the most comprehensive information. This information gives enough knowledge to help to choose the most suitable investment property for my international buyers. When working with off-plan projects it is not enough to just share the floor plan and price, I believe in sharing personal opinion and detailed information. In Dubai the market is so fast paced that in order to secure the apartment, client needs to make the decision within hours and send EOI and booking fee often without seeing the single visual. Providing client with track record of past completed projects ( including photos and videos), actual personal opinion, exact location and surrounding video, usually gives client enough confidence to proceed with the booking.
